User Application

Application for the use of the information processing system at the Fachhochschule Deggendorf.

Terms of Use

I. The applicant is bound by signature,

• to the relevant laws(e.g. patent rights, copyrights, criminal law)
• to the rules and regulations of the network operator (DFN-Verein, Fachhochschule Deggendorf)

The rules and regulations can be found in the Computer Center and in the World Wide Web on the Home-Page.

II. The applicant knows,

• that the copying of licensed software is forbidden,
• that the reproduction of money, securities or anything related is forbidden and will be reported,
• that costs for used material can occur, e.g. for printed copies, disks, CD's etc.... The actual prices can be found on the World Wide Web.

III. Liability

The Computing Center is not liable for the correctness of the actions of the user; the user is liable for his actions (especially when violations occur against the law and the rules and regulations of the operator).
