Admission requirement
Requirement for admission to the Master program of Electrical Engineering
at the University of Applied Science Deggendorf is a particularly qualified
degree in electrical and/or information engineering or another degree
accepted of equal value. Professional work after the first degree is not
required for admission. Before beginning of studies, there is an admission
examination.

Structure of the Master studies
The Master program of Electrical Engineering at the University of Applied Science
Deggendorf comprises three theoretical semesters and ends up with the Master Thesis.
Two major fields of study, either micro- and optoelectronics or technical computer
sciences are offered and one of this areas of concentration has to be choosen
according to ones personal field of interest.
For all courses ECTS-Credit Points (European Credit Transfer System) are accounted.

The Master Thesis accounts for additional
24 ECTS credit-points.
Timelines
Deadline for registration for the winter-semester is June 15th.
Begin of winter-semester is October 1st.
Deadline for registration for
the summer-semester is December 15th.
Begin of summer-semester is March 15th.

To become effective
