Need-to-Know for Companies

We would be pleased to have you get in touch with us! We offer the following ways in which we can work together with you:

  • Posting your job openings and opportunities on our Online-Career and Job Exchange: Whether you are looking for trainees, junior employees, and students about to graduate or students for part-time work during the semester as well as in the holidays, your job ads will be published on our very own University Online-Career Exchange.

  • Further Circulation by E-Mail-Newsletter: Job opportunities are forwarded to our students once a week by e-mail.

  • Individual Placement: We counsel students on an individual basis and advise them of job openings and we recommend students to you.

  • Access to Student Profiles: You have the possibility to look for students who would be ideal applicants. You will find Student Profiles on our Online-Career and Job Exchange, which will enable you to approach them yourself.

  • Cooperation with Seminars offered by the Career Service: You can carry out seminars (e.g. Job Applications, Job Interviews, Soft/Social) Skills) while, at the same time, presenting your company.

  • Personal Counseling Concerning University Contacts: Counseling Discussions, Special Questions, etc. The Career Service will be happy to establish contact on your behalf to professors and to forward your questions to the relevant individuals or places.

  • Displaying your Company Brochures: Students have the opportunity to get information about your company in advance.

  • Linking your company logo onto the Log-in page of the Career and Job Exchange: Send us your company logo and we will link it to the University website.

  • Graduation Year Book and CD: You will receive our Year Book once a year in both digital and printed form.

  • Mentoring Programme: We would appreciate knowing that the future success of the next generation of students is important to you and that you would be willing act as mentor for an extraordinary student.

  • Alumni Contact: AlumniNet is the official alumni organisation at the University of Applied Science – Fachhochschule Deggendorf. We pass on your job opportunities for Young Professionals to alumni.

  • Contact to the Job Exchange Fair "First Contact" e. V.: Organized by students, our company Job Exchange Fair takes places once a year in the spring.
