Objectives
This course provides
the knowledge students need for planning, implementing, and controlling international
projects successfully. It covers cultural differences impacting project management
and moves through the skill set needed by project managers in a global setting.
Students should be
able to manage any international project up to a certain complexity and size (budget
related) successfully.

- Generating requirements
and determining the operational success
- Designing a project
schedule
- Assigning resources

- Team building and
motivation
- Managing cultural

- Controlling progress
Additional issues
will be included according to the current development in literature and practice,
to the changing industry demands for international project managers and to the
need of the students.
