The enrolment office or “Studentensekretariat” is situated in the Building B on the ground floor, The offices are B005 and B016

To enrol at the Fachhochshule Deggendorf, you will need the following :

• The confirmation letter of your application
• Passport or ID-card
• 2 passport size photographs
• Confirmation of the health insurance (see General Information)
• Confirmation about the payment for the Studentenwerk which is 42 Euro
• Filled out application form for the Statistisches Landesamt.(see below)

The enrolment always takes place one week before the semester begins (last week of September). This is especially binding for those who want enrol for the full-time study program.
You will find the exact date, time and place on the confirmation letter that you receive from the Fachhochschule.

Filling in the „Statistisches Landesamt“ form:

During the orientation week, German students will help you to fill in this form. If you arrive after the orientation, you will have to do it yourself. You can leave unclear areas open and ask German students or others for help. Due to the small size of the university, students in Deggendorf are very friendly and ready to help.
